As mentioned previously, this project was designed by inhouse team headed by Dr. Manjari Khanna Kapoor, taken up after the Indore property went into construction.

The project had to be redesigned due to changes in municipal norms on the identified site. So everything from concept, submission to constructions dwg were the responsibility of the Chief Architect (Dr. Manjari).

While the coordination and consultants for other discipline followed the principles identified at Indore, there were specific contextual issues especially for the construction and marketing teams which needed specific responses.

She participated in any and every activity relating to the project including appointment of consultants and with the team of RHW.
