The initial scheme was heavily modified in line with the revised norms and other legal requirements of the site.
The project was fast-tracked to avail all benefits of the Delhi government incentives for CWG 2010.

Complete redesign including commercial, Hotel, Serviced Apartments, Spa, Villas and condominia- all done inhouse by Dr. Manjari and her team.
The structural shell stands complete pending finishing.
