The RKIPL group is running a Motel at the site under the brand of OCEAN PEARL but needs to upgrade its services in line with the relaxation in Building norms and increasing demands for Banqueting and dependent rooms in the region.

The ‘OCEAN PEARL’ properties have established their name in the business and a firm client base under the mentorship of Ch. Kanwar Singh Tanwar (ex-MP, BJP, Amroha).

The project includes a commercial block housing Car showrooms at the lower level and commercial floors above with independent access and facilties. The Hotel includes a large and frontal block for Banqueting at 2 levels.

The project will seek affiliation with some brands like Hyatt or Hilton as it develops and at a more advanced stage. The Architects are designing the amenities with that consideration.
