The site overlooks a beautiful valley, so MSA proposed stepped balconies opening towards the valley giving every appartment light and view. There are a total of 10 appartment of which 4 are duplex penthouses. The complex also feature a swimming pool, some reacreational areas, restaurant and commercial space in the front.
